Justrite

Justrite is well-known for its industrial and environmental safety devices, which are designed to ensure worker safety. They are proudly made in the United States.

Justrite Safety Group has been a market leader in the design and manufacture of equipment for the safe management of flammable liquids and hazardous chemicals for more than a century. They claim never to lose sight of their primary objective: worker safety. They create safety items in accordance with numerous industry standards, collaborating with agencies and organizations to help their clients achieve stellar compliance.

Their wealth of knowledge is to your benefit. They gather, compile, and disseminate safety information in easy-to-understand language for you so that you can stay safe and compliant. Every product is designed and manufactured to fulfill strict safety requirements. They're able to produce the highest-quality safety goods by listening to their consumers and being active in compliance committees.

Justrite is a renowned maker of storage, handling, and workplace safety solutions, having been founded in 1906. The Justrite Safety Can is their signature product, and it is the most widely used safety can for storing and transporting flammable liquids. The sealed lid has a single spout for filling and pouring and an automated positive-pressure relief system that vents between 3 and 5 psig (0.2 and 0.35 bar) to prevent rupture or explosion.

Each can is made of high-grade coated steel and is thoroughly tested to ensure that it is entirely leakproof. The strong powder-coat finish is resistant to chemicals and can withstand the rigors of everyday use. A stainless steel flame arrester is included in each Justrite safety container to disperse heat and prevent flashback ignition. Up to 1-liter cans have a trigger-release grip, while other bigger cans have a swaying handle that makes carrying heavy loads easier.

Justrite's Flammable Cabinets are also well-received by the market. Store combustible fuels and chemicals in code-compliant security cabinets to protect employees, decrease fire hazards, and boost productivity. These patented Sure-Grip EX cabinets are made of 18-gauge (1-mm) thick double-wall, welded steel with 1-1/2" of insulating air gap for fire protection and are designed to exceed OSHA and NFPA regulations. Self-latching, high-performance doors close quickly and securely for optimal fire safety. The three-point stainless steel bullet latching system has a fail-safe closing mechanism that ensures it works every time.

The U-Loc handle of this item comes with a cylinder lock and key set or takes an extra padlock for enhanced security. When lit with a flashlight during a fire or a power outage, Haz-Alert's reflective warning labels are very evident. Spills are directed to the rear and bottom of a leakproof 2" bottom sump by patented SpillSlope galvanized steel shelves. They may be adjusted on 3" centers for a variety of storage options. The dual vents with flame arresters, four adjustable self-leveling feet, a grounding connector, and a trilingual warning placard are all included in the cabinets. The chemical resistance of the lead-free epoxy/polyester powder-coat finish is excellent as well. When pushed closed, the manual-close door opens to a full 180 degrees and self-latches. When a fusible link happens to melt at 165°F in intense fire conditions, the self-close door closes and locks automatically. A unique, hidden self-closing mechanism allows for easy access to the contents. All door types are compliant with OSHA and NFPA 30, and self-closing door styles are compliant with NFPA 1 and the International Fire Code. All of the cabinets have an FM approval and a ten-year guarantee.
